Hi Christine, About 20 years ago I chanced upon my foster daughter and my niece, who were both about 12 at the time, smoking what was probably their first cigarette. They were not inhaling. I had them both smoke another one, but instructed them on how to deeply inhale to get the full affect. Neither one finished the whole thing before they were green in the face and gagging. I then gave them a short lecture about how maybe their bodies were trying to tell them something. I'm not sure if I did the right thing, but neither one has smoked since.

I wonder if anybody else tried this?
