I haven't found anything to complain about as far as components on the Gateway. However, assembly and test at Gateway needs fixing.

Btw, an interesting thing I learned last week was that on-site support for Gateway only replaces parts that tech support has determined are bad via trouble shooting with the customer over the phone. On-site support does NOT do any trouble shooting... they only replace parts that they've been authorized to replace and which have been pre-shipped to the customer. Is there a Dell customer out there that knows if Dell's on-site support is any different?
