Gary, I have been researchig some promising OTC/BB situations. In Your take of AVBC You seem to imply that 1) " a strong management team w/ seasoned industry experts is a plus for any upstart" 2) You like it better if the company is not hiring PR firms from outside 3) Contacts with industry & contracts are a promising sign. 4) SEC reporting is a precondition for any strong OTC/BB Would You subscribe to the 4 hypotheses above as a way to spot "strong pennies" ?? best wishes CROSSY
