I agree. It sounds like Win98 transition will not be the major-hype event which attended the release of Win95. The important improvement of FAT32 has been included in OSR2, the OEM version of Win95 included with new computers for some time now. Other big improvements in active desktop, MS Internet Explore 4, Outlook Express, etc. have been available as free downloads for use with Win95.
