JDN: IMO, a small secondary offering would be fantastic. It would mean 2 or 3 sell-side analysts would pick up coverage of the company, and it would also give the company the ability to acquire one or two systems integration cos. for post-2000- a must for sustaining a decent multiple in 1999.
