Michael: Nice to hear from you. I've been impressed with your source of information in the past. There are few who seem to know, on as timely a basis, much of the current info on FSCX. I hope that you still have those contacts in place. What is your current feeling about the settlement? Have you heard anything as to the potential settlement of the judgement? I don't think we can discount Madsen's resolve to settle, but I also see a company trapped right now. If they don't get this thing taken care of quickly, ANY momentum gained over the last year by the new sales people will be lost. Bad for the shareholders, bad for the employees and bad for the plaintiff. Clearly we are at a point where their efforts should start to be realized. Are you hearing anything about this week?? R..
