New Dimension Software Establishes Mexican Operations

New Subsidiary Chartered to Strengthen Company's Presence in Mexican and

 Central American Markets

TEL AVIV, Israel, April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- New Dimension Software, Ltd. (Nasdaq: DDDDF) has announced the establishment of New Dimension Software de Mexico S.A. de C.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary based in Mexico City. The new company will be responsible for all sales, marketing and technical support for New Dimension Software products in Mexico.

A premier developer of systems management software, New Dimension Software distributes its line of Integrated Operations Architecture(R) for the Enterprise (IOA(R)/Enterprise) products into more than 40 countries worldwide. The Company first entered the Mexican market in 1991, and currently has more than 30 customers in the region.

With the establishment of the new subsidiary, the Company has relinquished a distribution agreement with Casa De Software Mexicana (CSM), its former distributor for the Mexican market. New Dimension Software and CSM have mutually agreed on the terms by which they will terminate the distributorship and ensure a smooth transition for customers in the region.

To lead the new Mexican organization, New Dimension Software has appointed Francisco Favela Sauri, formerly of CSM, to serve as its general manager.

"The decision to establish a Mexican subsidiary reflects the Company's commitment to the Mexican and Latin American markets," said Dan Barnea, CEO of New Dimension Software. "I wish to thank CSM, which we believe has been effective in establishing our market presence in Mexico. At this point, we believe we are well positioned to build on this success, and we look forward to working closely with both Mr. Favela and with CSM to guarantee the smooth transfer of activities to the new company. Among our goals for the new subsidiary, we are working to expand the distribution of our products into other Central American countries. We believe this region holds many opportunities for us."

"We are enthusiastic about the establishment of this new organization, which we believe will allow us to both expand our market presence in Mexico and to work more closely with our customers across the country," said Noam Bizman, the Company's vice president of Latin American operations. "We believe there is tremendous business potential for us in Mexico, and that we are well positioned to bring our line of advanced enterprise-wide systems management software to the region."
