INTEGRATED MARKETING (IGRM) 3/8. After the stock has been beaten like a redheaded stepchild by the short sellers I think there remains a
profitable situation in this stock. The Company markets trips from cities in the Southeast, especially Florida, to the casinos in Gulfport and Biloxi, MS. A 2-3 day trip ranges from $150 to $230 including airfare, room, transfer to and from the hotel and some meals, which makes this a very affordable package. In 1996 the Company will carry 115,000 clients with $20 million in revenues and earnings of $.10 per share. For 1997 they will be using larger airplanes and charging slightly more for $24 million in revenues based on 130,000 passengers and a net profit of $1.8 million
or $.36 per share.

What we have is a company priced at less that 4 times 1996 eanings and at 1 times 1997 numbers. The Company is changing the stock symbol Nov. 1, 1996 to POKR to more closely tie itself to the gaming business and reap a much higher PE. They will also be filing for a name change to Casino Airlinks. A vlue investor can certainly see the potential value in the shares of IGRM. The Company has further expansion plans that are not reflrcted in the 1997 revenues I listed, incluing new destinations like the Caribbean and Atlantic City and addition cities of departure. I look for a short term move above $1 and $2-3 in the next few months. There are less than 1 million shares that are not in friendly hands after the last round of buying.
