hard to know how to interpret japan right now. appears that the stim pkg + temp tax cuts + the bang = at least stable economy. imho the fact that u.s. firms are in financial arena will wake them up more than anything. have you heard about cci, mer, fidelity etc. going gangbusters over there? once they taste the growth in savings compared to postal accounts we should see market stabilize. curtis
