I am not sure on the fact that there was no "bad reason". My take on it is that the company was not happy with the way the firm put out the information, that the firm was questioning the information being put out by the company as far as it's reliability on earlier audits. It looks like either the company didn't want to have someone who questioned their information or the firm didn't want to work with a company that had not "changed". It seems that the company was "never made aware of the problems", so they were releasing the firm. Something was going on that the accounting firm and the company disagreed on. More "smoke". It would be interesting to know why the vice-president left.
