1000 share sale is not catastrophic, it just that with the exception of a buy last year by new VP (on loan given him by company) theres been no insider buying, at $5 a share it was a no brainer, at $7 the reward/risk is moderate, there are better places to make $ imo. Its a good company but I'd like to see more commitment by insiders.
