I would have to agree with your quote. The former "leader" of this forum has taken to the shadows once again, why? If there is anything to be gained by "radio silence" it is not evident. I would think the first thing the shareholders here need to know is whether they in fact do "own" the company. Has Morgan in fact issued the 4 million option shares to himself and Roland ? This is important to know as it tells shareholders whether they have a voice or not. Without recent financials it is impossible to tell by the filings but Morgan reportedly has said he did in fact issue the shares in Dec.
