The 4 million shares may actually be a positive.

These shares provide current management with the incentive not to give up and to do whatever necessary to get the stock trading and the squeeze underway.

Whatever you think about Morgan and Breton we would all agree that they aren't going through all of this crap for nothing. But their payoff only happens if trading resumes and the stock price rises significantly.

If we reopen with no money and no news, their payoff is minimal. 4 million shares dumped in what will certainly be a saturated RMIL market will leave them getting pennies per share.

Bottom Line: hopefully, at least we may be able to count on management's greed to save our asses in this investment.
