some things to which you might have not given complete consideration in the above statement.....,

here in E Tx we really don't place any beverage into the alcoholic column unless it----

is very pale in color,
slightly greenish with a very faint yellow hue,
comes to the market in a mason jar,
will corrode the lid on the jar if left untouched for longer than 3 days,
-----(this is thought of as "letting the mixture breathe")
has a proof of at least 165,
can't be swallowed and have the imbiber inhale within 5 seconds,

the rest of the so called alcoholic beverages are really just on the kiddie consumable list.........
