Concurrent Computer Corporation Receives $1 Million
Contract for Hardware and Software From STN Atlas

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 13, 1998--Concurrent Computer
Corporation (NASDAQ:CCUR - news) announced today that STN Atlas Elektronik GmbH
purchased 16 Concurrent MAXIONS and real-time software for simulation training programs.

STN purchased Concurrent's real-time, multiprocessing the MAXIONs and real-time software to
simulate tank combat environments. The MAXIONs will be networked to twelve simulators along a
DIS FDDI network. Operational sequences, different weather conditions, the display of targets and
effects, as well as the training scenario will be processed by the Concurrent systems in real-time.
