my brandywine comments were an attempt at humor. there is no way they are looking at asnd to finish the year no better than 45. it would seem the upgrade low-balled asnd on the yearly performance. i would not be surprised if they have asnd pegged right now at 50-55. you do need to wonder who would rais the rec for a 12.5% move to the high, the risk/reward does not compute.
