I'm really surprised by the uptick today. I would have thought that it would be common opinion by now that there would not be a partnership by April 15th, which was the date which was stated to me when I spoke to company management back in November. I bet that there will continue to be announcements about how great the technology is for another 3-4 months before there is any type of a partnership, then it will be underwhelming when it does come out. The longer they wait, the closer they come to a lack of cash for day to day operations (I think that they have enough to last through December). I'm not sure where MM (aka Techperson) gets his information. He already stated sometime back that a partnership had already been signed. Perhaps it was just wishful thinking on his part.
