Janice, I downloaded the Netsonic also,
Beware, it deleted all of my bookmarks, my stocks on my portfolio, it changed the settings on my online banking and investing programs. I talked to the guy from my bank and he told me all of the banks are having a real problem with Netsonic.
It is certainly fast, I have it disabled now until I find out more about it. Maybe, Michael can tell us how to prevent it from doing this. Or maybe its something I have done in the download.
I noticed all kinds of little strange things occurring on my browser, eg. not being able to insert words in a post, it just typed over, since I disabled it, I can, my computer didn't go through the correct logoff feature last night and this morning I had to use the Scandisk when logging on. etc....I had to phone my investment bank to get my defaut fixed so I could into my online investment program, probably missed the runup on a stock I was watching..darn
I have spent the morning, putting my stocks back on my Portfolio Tracker, finding all my bookmarks again. Geez, what a drag... |
