I am a newcomer to this stock/thread and am very upbeat about its future. The quarterly earnings have been improving consistently and, more important, the last quarter beat all expectations. The housing market is very hot right now, and with low interest rates, this is a great way to play it. I believe this stock could double ... but am fairly confident that we will see $5 again (which is around the 52 week high). All I know is it has been slowly, but steadily, rising. So ... there are some people out there who know about this one.
