My question is on the buy-out rumor, it said they would be bought with $30M on 23M shares o/s which would equal 1.30/sh. The rumored news mention $15M for the 23M shares o/s which is where we get .65 a share. The Undervalue Dog newsletter said this company has very little debt. Someone here posted that half the $30M would might be used to retire any debt. Undervalue Dog did mention that a merge was one of the options SCTI was looking at..... Rob D
