Apple down over 10% from recent high of $28. Is it a good time to
buy now or shall we wait until the 2Q result in a few days?

My judgement tells me the price will get boosted as the Q2 reports are
released. But, there is no guarantee. If the revenue/net are close
to what I expect, the price will be over $30 on Thursday.

I wouldn't suggest you to get into the market if you are a short-term
investor because the stock will be volatile for the rest of the week
due to Q2 reports.
