there is no way they are looking at asnd to finish the year no better than 45. it would seem the upgrade low-balled asnd on the yearly performance.

Come to think of it, I've heard of analysts successively raising price targets once they're reached prematurely. So maybe that's what they're doing, though it makes you question what the utility is of the price targets to begin with.
