Two things--1)"not a borrowable security". The day before you said that, I shorted 200 shares through Discoverbrokerage direct. 2)"smart move"--Perhaps for the company to raise more money--but this does nothing for current stock holders but dilute the value of their stock. Good luck--I'm still waiting for it to dump. Whenever I buy long into these types of deals, it always does---so I may as well be short for a change, as there seem to be plenty of more "reliable' long term investments out there at a far better value, given what little I know about this company.......
