I just spoke with Robert and he pointed out that the press release
does NOT say that it must be signed by noon. It says it will be DELIVERED
for signing by noon. He said the papers were in Myriad's hands by noon
and he is waiting for confirmation that they have signed the papers.

Basically this should be a no brainer since the Myriad officers will
be personally liable for the debt to the IRS if it isn't signed. Robert
said to let us know that as soon as he hears anything he will let us
know. They will issue a release when they get confirmation. Of course
there is always the small chance that the deal will fall through, but
at this point it should be very small and they have agreed to the
deal in pricipal, just not signed the papers yet.
