Baird...I think this is the first time we are seeing such divergence in the individual issues in this sector. The charts are starting to reflect different sentiments, which IMO, is good. NE & RIG being prime examples. It looks like investors are at least starting to address the underlying values of individual companies. On a rebound in January, everyyhing pretty much went up together and then went down together. This past two weeks, some stocks have really held their strength while others have faded. Looks as tho it will become increasingly important to pick the strongest companies.
