The file is self-extracting once you click on it.

Look for a file named "netsonic.exe".

I do use Netscape and I did close all programs before installation as requested. (Except I did keep Norton Uninstall monitor active, to oversee the process and remove everything Netsonic did if I chose to do so. Norton restores everything status quo ante.

I recently restored all the software on my main drive and removed 700mb of junk. Nothing goes on my drive now without Norton tracking it. The Add/Remove on the Control Panel never did remove stuff like AOL completely.

Btw, in my previous message to you I should have written "a rocketship on the Task bar", not toolbar.
