(OTC Bulletin Board: MDCE - news) announced today that it has now filed a cross- complaint in Superior Court of Riverside County on April 8, 1998. It names Definitions, Ltd., a publicly traded company, (OTC Bulletin Board: DFNL - news), John Anderson, Donna Anderson, Blue Sage Entertainment, Charles Keifner, (President and CEO of Definitions, Ltd., an officer with World Vision [OTC BB:WVIS - news] Financial Group), World Vision Financial Group, Vern Nobles and Monument Entertainment and approximately 50 other ''John Does.''
Case # 309027 has listed over 12 counts against the above referenced, including breach of contract, inducing breach of contract, fraud, conversion, breach of fiduciary duty, insider trading and civil conspiracy.
MediaConcepts, Inc. is also requesting the SEC to look in the actions of the Andres and Andersons for their activities as officers of MediaConcepts, Inc. in circumstances regarding the original setting up of MediaConcepts Inc. and subsequent operations of the corporation.
