Pete, Is he talking about Drive Through Service? Message 4045175 No matter where I go now everyone talks about the market and nothing else. Recent Indicators 1) A guy down the hall is buying a place and is so excited he only needs a 10% deposit. Even though he has the cash to pay it off outright he said "Why would I want to take money out of the market earning 30% to pay off a 7% mortgage?" When I asked for his new address I didn't have the heart to tell him I planned on buying his place next year at a 40% discount...hohoho 2) My waiter at Bo Bo Burritos this weekend was asking everyone how to get into the market. (He literally asked everyone he served- I couldn't believe it) Patrons said they didn't know much about it but that it was going higher so act fast or miss the next rally. 3) My doorman had picked over the Journal before everyone arrived for the morning shuttle Bus. "Looking a little toppy" he told all the bankers "Looking a lot like '29 wouldn't you say fellas".
