Bill,
Saxby has little or no background in energy; we have been told that he is a chiropractor, but when we tried to pin him down he got evasive.
Although I am still skeptical of Keystone, they HAVE hired some reputable people and are complying with state rules for energy service providers-at least as of mid-March. New regulations have been imposed by the CPUC and ESPs are scrambling to meet them. In about a month, we'll know for sure, but Keystone claims to be moving power to clients. They have an annoying habit of issuing news releases every time they fart, probably to bolster stocks. I'd rather see some real financial results, if I were investing here.
As far as the company's history--our srticle didn't even tell the half of it, but Saxby was threatening to sue so we let him have his side of the story ("let" - we actually had to force him to respond to us, and got some of their new managers and investors to tell him it was in his best interest to respond).
