No problem.

It does accelerate pages which don't change much, but it seems to slow places like SI because it loads the old page and then checks to see if it has changed, as with a "next" message.

It also makes editing a post strange because it loads the old message without the changes and then asks that you reload after some short delay. But the rocket ship allows you to disable acceleration whenever you wish.

It's worth trying if you take some precaution, but like most things "free", there is some cost.
