David, we sure appreciate the offer, but might I suggest that you just go and enjoy yourself while in Miami. It's not worth your while to visit the Coral Gables office. There's nothing there. The Miami office was Huttoe's office, and there were only 3 other people there, none of whom had anything to do with Company operations. All the technology and now all the records are kept in the Virginia office. My advice is to go, catch some sun, play some golf, and have a good time.
