The company didn't specify whether share figures were basic or diluted.

Inotek Technologies Corp. (INTK) said revenues fell in the third quarter
due to reductions in its Duke Service contract.

Inotek said Nasdaq informed the company that it is not in compliance with
the $1 minimum price bid to remain listed on the Nasdaq Small Cap Stock
market.

Nasdaq has given a May 28 deadline to meet the listing requirement.
