Oh Carol, I'm sorry to hear about your problems! I have had no problem like that whatsoever. The only thing I'm working out is the speed vs site update relationship. I had it on the highest setting last night, but it only updates SI about every one minute vs everytime you press refresh. So I shifted to the next lower setting and it updates about every ten seconds. Looking around the web last night was really allot faster to me. It may be related to your OS or you may have taken a few spikes when you downloaded. Sorry I put you through this. Michael
