Scrapps, anyone, - Any specific ideas why the RBOC's and AT&T are down today. I mean the interest rates are up a bit in the long bond, but I had thought there was some disconnect with that. Just haven't seen any specific news on that with all the yakkity yak on the bank consolidations.
