With regards to exercising the warrant, the recent well known case is Intel when on Jan
22nd, 1998 it bought back the warrants that will expire on March 14th, 1998.

I believe that the restriction of exercising the IFLYW warrants prior to Jan 1999 by
First London is there only to protect the investors from the dilutive effects from the
issuance of additional shares. But if the company revenue improves greatly and the
stock continues to climb strongly above 10, First London may authorize the company
to exercise the warrant ahead of Jan 1999. This will bring in $16,093,750 ((2,700,000
warrants - 125,000 warrants to insider) * 6.25)) to the coffer of the company.
