cp... i've been wondering for some time now, as a market maker (i'm assuming NASDAQ b\c of the thread), how do you feel about SOES, SelectNet,Island,Bloomberg's Tradebook and other ECN's......

Also, about the proposed rule change for an "Integrated Order Delivery and Execution System". I'm not sure but it sounds like to me no matter what system your on, once this kicks in (i'm not sure if it has already) that all orders will be seen on all systems? Except that now there will be a "limit order file" which Market Makers could use voluntarily. Leaving the possibility of a limit order inside the spread w\o appearing as a best offer or bid.

This may also effect some of the Proprietary execution systems, decision support tools, and order management software.
I'm not sure. I will continue my research, if you have any insights I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm a daytrader, looking to learn the most I can and contribute the most I can as well.

THANX IN ADVANCE
