What facts...all I read is opinion? And that's the only thing you got because there are no facts. Furthermore, potential is not reality. Potential is the hope that one actions, deeds, will bear some fruition. This is not reality. What if the stock tanks for no real reason...what happens to its potential? Does reality change as well? One day this is the reality...another day a different one. I don't think so.

You claim that unsold positions are unrealized. I'm not going even to bother arguing this because this is your opinion. There are numerous professional traders who would laugh at your statement.

Anyways, I don't want to waste time on this silly subject. I applaud Jim Fink for risking his money, seeing that DELL had the "potential" (not reality) to go down. The only thing wrong that Jim did on this thread was 1) he shorted dell and 2) he's in the black.
