You read it right, he was acting both as COO and then, as one of his intitial tasks, I presume they got him to try and do something with 7-7. 7-7 was so sick that even the razor could not save it. It is also possible that Exso did not have resources to support a turn around, or that other groups had a better future potential for turning around. These questions could be added to the e-mail to Chip that someone is preparing here.

Now, let see, let us assume that we end up with 100 MM shares and the shares go to visit $.05 again, is $.05 a good price? Frankly, if they do not have additional surprises, it could be, but do not expect a very rapid recovery from here. This stock has had all the technical damage it can take, and the financials are still strictly dangerous.

There is still a bunch of debt on the balance sheet, the next quarterly report will be as ugly as you can imagine (some major wrote offs associated with the bank's foreclosure of 7-7 are going to bring this one to negative book value (if it is not yet there, unless all the debt is converted to equity).
