Steve, I believe that the SEC no longer tolerates this type of behavior. About 6 months ago there were alot of people who I guess had complained about hype created for certain stocks because of another newsletter writer and the SEC made a point of reading his newsletter and contacting all parties concerned to find out what exactly was his relationship as far as stock ownership/compensation etc. The SEC does not take this rule lightly at all and I hope that they are as persistent in prosecuting all such companies that violate this rule as they were in the case of this particular newsletter writer that I alluded to. Maybe this is why SGA has been so nice to Linda lately.

In the case of this particular writer I think he was forced to give back a large quantity of stock which had been given to him as compensation for promoting this stock. He had not disclosed that he was paid by this company in any way.
