Law suits are a very real threat from Sexi shareholders. They may have been misled about the stock's float (e.g., 40 million vs. 60 million). This will delute the stocks value obviously. Those suffering may sue Sexi. Also, we don't know right now what else they may be guilty of,if anything. I know one thing and that is I'm not selling this low!!! I'll go down with the ship first and take a big tax write-off. On a positive note....maybe their technology really is dynamite and the extra shares will be nullified and their is no fraud. Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!
