Thanks Hawkeye, for pointing me to the UCS document.

All:

I ordered a copy of "Zeroing Out Pollution - The Promise of Fuel Cell
Vehicles" by Jason Mark, Published by The Union of Concerned
Scientists. ($6.00 + S&H)

It (the hard copy) arrived today, and contains 55 pp. of analysis
summary. It's the best compilation of facts and projections I've seen
yet.

It's a good read, for proponents and critics alike.
