<<I am in the Vivus pond with you>> E'Lane, Welcome to the Vivus pond, or should I say cesspool. Jee-sus Christ, when are we going to hit bottom. Haven't we suffered enough already? Surely VVUS is worth more than $9 a share, despite being run by Leland and his band of willy wackers. If EyeDr.Mike is correct and the FDA inspects the plant this week we should be FDA certified within 45 days. I don't know what binding agreements Vivus has with PACO, but I'd move the entire operation over to the new facility in a heartbeat if demand does not ramp up quickly. Vivus could save major dollars by operating their own facility vs the contract labor associated with PACO. I'm sure it will be 18 months before the new facility is maxed out, and by then, the Ireland plant will be operational. Does this make sense? RT
