The problem earlier today was that Datek added a second express server. This means they changed the IP address of the old express server, orders7. When an IP address is changed, there is a delay before all of the Domain Name Servers on the net catch up. This means that entering "orders7" or "orders16" (the new express server) did not work for most people today. To Datek's credit, they were very helpful when I called them and chose the "trouble logging in" option of their phone system. Here is the solution, although it might not be needed by tomorrow, use these addresses: 206.253.198.8 and 209.3.82.38 These are orders7 and 16 respectively. They also said that there was a problem with the orders7 server this morning.

This afternoon, however, it seemed all of their servers became unavailable, and even when they were back, ISLD was down. This no doubt hurt many people.
