Steve L deserves "any bonus he can get"? If that 18mm number is accurate the Board has given away about 4 to 5 million dollars - - straight out of the shareholders equity, slim as that is at this point. As soon as the company crawls back up off the bottom, management makes its grab - - at least that's what it looks like.

Does anyone have the facts on all of this?
