I appreciate your post...First, my comment regarding NSCP was in reference to post #114 (Eric)....Second, i corrected myself in an earlier post in which i incorrectly stated the first time that revenues would decline...if you read my prior post, you can see that...

I have NO axe to grind with SPYG, i think they are a great company, with good products...All i'm trying to discuss here is the valuation issue...It has NOTHING to do with the company, in fact the valuation is mainly out of the company's control...all they can do is build the business as they are doing...

Unfortunately, the valuation issue can't be discussed well in this forum...Yes, they may get bought out, but when, and is, that a reason to hold onto the stock (what if no one does in fact buy them out?)

I tried to raise an issue..and my goal was achieved...If i am wrong, i will correct myself as i have done in the past...
