Metromedia International Group Radio Station Wins Top Award

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 13, 1998--Metromedia International Group, Inc. today announced that its radio station, Juventus Radio, Hungary's most popular radio station, won the National Association of Broadcasters' 1998 International Broadcasting Excellence Award. The award was given to Metromedia International Group's Juventus Radio at the National Association of Broadcasters' 1998 convention in Las Vegas, Nevada. The International Broadcasting Excellence Award was established to honor those radio stations that have demonstrated exceptional leadership in advancing the broadcast industry and the services they provide to their communities.
