If you use LGND's history as a way to predict the future, then it still has a ways to drift downward so that when the NDA is announced it can skyrocket a point or two and many on the thread can celebrate and talk about the big move. However the big move will only push it up to the same level we see every few months. It appreas the only way to make money on this stock is to buy around 12-14 and then sell around 15-16. It is very predictable.
