I agree about the lawsuits being a threat. I wanted to find out...

what the chances of Bankruptcy are?

In MY OPINION, the lawsuits would take a couple of years to reach a threatening point. However, the company would suffer from the strains of handing over documents and legal costs. But, if the company and SEC void 10,20,30? million shares of the S-8 filings, the stock will quickly regain ground and many lawsuits will pass. Or, is the company announces a partnership with a very reputable corporation, the stock price will rebound.

Who wants to sue a company with hardly any assets? Who would want to sue if the price is up or near your trade? Who wants to sue when the company could easily walk away and claim bankruptcy? Will the lawyers tell anyone this?

Usually bankruptcy is done to protect from creditors, not stockholders. IDID had plenty of lawsuits (I would imagine) but they didn't claim bankruptcy? Many stocks get sued by lawyers representing hundreds or thousands of shareholders - Oak Technologies (OAKT). Usually it is based on insider trading prior to a stock downturn.

I'm concerned about Bankruptcy, I just don't think it will happen right now, I HOPE NOT!

Aloha
