When might we expect much higher speeds (how high?) in the SF Bay Area?> Well, I think it was already answered very well, 28.8 may not be the fastest data rate anywhere, but it (practically speaking) the fastest wireless data rate, and costs MUCH less than slower methods (ARDIS / RAM, ... ) As for a higher speed in the Bay Area, for that we will all have to wait for the Autobahn network. As far as i know, we are working towards having it commercially available around 1Q or 2Q 1999. david
