If SEXI stock price doesn't come back to a reasonable price (2.50-3.50) in a reasonable amount of time (3-6 months) there's no doubt in my mind that someone will get sued. I'm sure SGA and OTCFN and anybody else even remotely involved will be named in the suit. That's just the way lawsuits are, you can't pick and choose who you want to sue, everybody gets sued. Businesses and individuals in those businesses all get individually sued. Correct me if I'm wrong please. Steve-
